Registration and housing are now open.  If you currently are not an AABB Member, become a member today and save $200 on your annual meeting registration.

Attendee Registration
To begin the registration process, choose one of these four easy methods: online, phone, fax or mail.

Register now and take advantage of the early registration discount. In order to receive the discounted rate, your registration must be received by August 31.  Registration rates increase after August 31. The last day to register using the below methods is October 20.  After this date, you must register on-site in New Orleans.

Hotel Reservations
Book within the official housing block and receive discounted room rates. AABB offers a magnificent variety of accommodations and rates in New Orleans to satisfy every traveler. We’ve secured over 12,000 room nights at 19 hotels!

• You must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve a hotel room. If you have already registered, but did not secure your hotel at that time, please be sure to make your reservation by the housing cutoff date, September 24. After that date, rooms and rates are subject to availability.

1. Online Registration
   
   AABB Individual Members
   
   
   • Please ‘Login to AABB' using your AABB Web site username and password to begin your online registration.
   • If you have forgotten your AABB Web site password, please use the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ feature to create a new password.  Your username and email address are required. If you have any questions, please contact AABB Customer Service at +1.866.222.2498 (8:30 am – 5:00 pm ET) or email membership@aabb.org.
   • If you need to update your membership record contact information, please make these changes before registering. Click here to update your record.

   AABB Individual Non-Members

   • ‘Join AABB’ online and receive the member registration discount.  Note your username and password for member registration.
   • Please ‘Login to AABB’ using your AABB Web site username and password to begin your online registration.
   • If you have forgotten your AABB Web site password, please use the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ feature to create a new password. Your username and email address are required. If you have any questions, please contact AABB Customer Service at +1.866.222.2498 (8:30 am – 5:00 pm ET) or email membership@aabb.org.  
   • If you do not have an AABB Web site account, ‘Create a New Nonmember Account’ and register with your nonmember username and password.

   Select this option if you are currently enrolled as a student, intern, resident or fellow at an accredited college or university. A letter, on letterhead, from your medical director or supervisor must accompany this registration form in order to register at the student rate.

2. Phone
   • Call the registration staff to register and reserve your hotel room for the AABB Annual Meeting & TXPO. Call +1.800.974.3084 (within the US) or  +1.847.996.5876 (outside the US). Registration representatives are available 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CT, Monday through Friday.
     
     
3. Fax
   • Click here to print a registration and housing form for the AABB Annual Meeting and TXPO. Please do not mail a copy of the registration form as this will duplicate your efforts. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required.)  Fax completed form to: +1.301.521.6017 (within the US) or +1.847.940.2386 (outside the US).
     
     
4. Mail
   • Click here to print a registration and housing form for the AABB Annual Meeting and TXPO. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required.) Please do not mail registration and housing forms to AABB.  All forms must be mailed to AABB’s Housing and Registration Bureau in order to be processed.
