What Is Included In Your Booth Rental Rate?*
- Eight-foot draped back wall and three-foot draped side walls.
- One full conference registration plus one additional registration for every four booths.
- Light lunch in the exhibit hall (Sunday and Tuesday only).
- A company identification sign.
- Free basic listing in the AABB Online Buyers’ Guide.
- Complimentary listing in Virtual TXPO.
- Company listing in the Preliminary Program and Final Program (deadlines apply).

Exhibit Space Assignment Process
In order to ensure appropriate booth assignment, AABB asks that you provide eight preferred booth choices. AABB reserves the right to make any modifications that may be necessary to best accommodate space requests.
On-site Booth Placement: Advance space reservations were accepted at the 2007 Annual Meeting. Exhibit contracts for companies that did not participate in the on-site booth placement will be accepted and assigned according to the priority point ranking.
Priority Points: Contracts received after the on-site booth placement will be assigned booth space in priority point order beginning April 4, 2008. After this date, all companies who have submitted a contract will be allocated a booth. If a tie occurs, the date received will determine the order of placement.
How to Receive Priority Points
- One point for exhibiting.
- One point for Corporate Affiliate status. Click here to learn more.
- One point for Platinum level sponsor status.
- New this year, one point for booking 100 percent of your housing with Experient, AABB’s Official Housing Provider, and using rooms within AABB’s housing blocks.
Payment: The balance of the total rental cost is required for booth contracts to be valid when reserving space before May 23, 2008. Full payment must accompany booth reservation contracts received after May 23, 2008. Booths cannot be held or reserved without the appropriate deposit. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Failure to submit full payment by May 23, 2008 will result in immediate forfeiture of your assigned space. Once forfeiture occurs, you will be required to resubmit your application with full payment and be reassigned exhibit space.
