The AABB Annual Meeting & CTTXPO 2010 will be held October 9 –12, 2010 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

The AABB Annual Meeting & CTTXPO is the premier event for transfusion and cellular therapy professionals. CTTXPO 2010 Booth Sizes and Booth Rates

Fees per 10’ x 10’ Space

What Is Included In Your Booth Rental Rate?*

• Eight-foot draped back wall and three-foot draped side walls.
• One full conference registration plus one additional registration for every four booths. Meetingregistration not included with non-profit booth space. Additional meeting registration for every four 10’ x 10’ booths purchased.
• A company identification sign.
• Complimentary basic listing in Virtual CTTXPO.
• VIP Passes.
• Company listing in the Preliminary Program and the CTTXPO Guide (deadlines apply).
• Access to the Exhibitor’s Lounge.
• Participation in the Exhibitor’s Forum.
• 24-hour CTTXPO hall perimeter security service.
• Pre- and post-show attendee mailing list three weeks prior to the conference and four weeks post event.(one time use only, per list).
• Corporate Affiliate recognition on CTTXPO exhibit floor (current Corporate Affiliates only).

Exhibit Space Assignment Process

In order to ensure appropriate booth assignment, AABB asks that you provide eight preferred booth choices. AABB reserves the right to make any modifications that may be necessary to best accommodate space requests.

On-site Booth Placement: Advance space reservations were accepted at the 2009 Annual Meeting. Exhibit contracts for companies that did not participate in the on-site booth placement will be accepted and assigned according to the priority point ranking.

Priority Points: Contracts received after the on-site booth placement were assigned in February. After February, all companies who have submitted a contract will be allocated a booth. If a tie occurs, the date received will determine the order of placement.

How to Receive Priority Points

1. Exhibit at CTTXPO during the AABB Annual Meeting = one point per year
2. Book exhibitor housing = one point per year (100% of exhibitor housing must be bookedthrough Experient, AABB’s Official Housing Provider, at the AABB-designated hotels to qualify.)
3. Ultimate and Platinum Supporters at Annual Meeting & CTTXPO ($50,000 and over) = onepoint per year
4. Corporate Affiliate = one point per year

Payment: The balance of the total rental cost is required for booth contracts to be valid when reserving space before April 16, 2010. Full payment must accompany booth reservation contracts received after April 16, 2010. Booths cannot be held or reserved without the appropriate deposit. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Failure to submit full payment by April 16, 2010 will result in immediate forfeiture of your assigned space. Once forfeiture occurs, you will be required to resubmit your application with full payment and be reassigned exhibit space.
