Ancillary Meetings
Exhibiting companies and non-profit organizations supporting AABB may apply to hold events and ancillary meetings during the AABB Annual Meeting & TXPO. Hospitality suites, internal sales/business/staff meetings and attendee focus groups are allowed at times that do not compete with official AABB programming. Violation of the policies will result in loss of priority points or jeopardize participation in future AABB Annual Meetings.

Corporate Education Opportunities
Corporate Education Events are industry-sponsored educational sessions which provide a forum for targeted customer interaction. Several of these events are offered during non-compete hours. Corporate Education Events provide an excellent venue to present the most up-to-date education and information that AABB attendees have come to rely upon. Corporate Education Events are not part of AABB’s official educational programming. Companies participating in Corporate Education Events are required to adhere to AABB’s Guidelines for Corporate Education Events.
AABB offers the following range of educational opportunities, from full-day and half-day programming to shorter sessions in the morning and Learning Labs held on the show floor:
- Companion Day programs remain popular with companies who want to present hearty educational content through full-day or half-day offering on Friday, October 3.
- Corporate Evening four-hour programs are for those who choose to provide educational programming with a social twist on Monday, October 6.
- Industry Workshops are one-hour and 15 minute morning programs designed for shorter presentations on Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7.
- Learning Labs are one hour presentations and an excellent vehicle to reach up to 30 people at one time on the show floor from Sunday, October 5 – Tuesday, October 7 during TXPO hours.
