Timeline: Between Now and Implementation
  • Complete US Biovigilance Network Data Commitment Form – (MS Word, PDF)
  • Download Donor Hemovigilance User Guide – (PDF)
  • Adopt standard definitions for donor reactions or map your definitions to National standard definitions
  • Contact AABB for a training Login ID and Password – (Contact AABB)
  • Train on Donor Hemovigilance Web Software in training environment  
  • Sign AABB’s data protection and confidentiality agreement to protect your data.
  • Receive your user site ID
  • Start participating!
