 Enrollment Process

How the Enrollment Process Works:

  • After registering, participants receive an automated email with a link to complete a brief GW application.
  • After completion of the GW application, participants will be required to claim a GW NetID (instructions provided by GW).

Enrollment begins on a monthly basis after students have completed the GW application and claimed their GW NetID (NetID must be claimed at least 2 business days prior to start of the month). Each new enrollment cycle, or cohort, starts on the 1st of each month.
    • Each new cohort starts on the 1st of each month for those that register by the 21st of the preceding month. For example, students who register for the program on December 19th will be enrolled to start the program on January 1 (assuming the student has completed the GW application and claimed their NetID prior to January 1). Students who register after December 21st will be enrolled to start the program on February 1 (assuming the student has completed the GW application and claimed their NetID prior to February 1).
  • A discounted retake is available for students that do not successfully complete the program initially; contact eLearning@aabb.org to learn more.
