Certified Advanced Biotherapies Professional (CABP) Credential

AABB's Certified Advanced Biotherapies Professional (CABP) credentialing program is the only certification for validating and identifying proficient, high-caliber biotherapies professionals ready to advance innovation, safety and quality across the field.

What is the CABP Credential?

The CABP credentialing program evaluates a professional's knowledge across seven biotherapy domains, providing a standardized measure of knowledge, confidence in an individual's expertise, and validation of that professional's abilities.

In order to become a CABP, candidates must:

  • meet educational and professional experience pre-requisites
  • obtain a passing grade on a comprehensive, four-hour computer-based proctored online exam
  • agree to the CABP Code of Conduct
  • commit to continuing education and recertification every three years; ensuring they are staying up-to-date in the ever-changing field of biotherapies
