Learning Objectives

  • Identify how a whole blood program for trauma resuscitation was implemented in adult and pediatric civilian hospitals.

Program Description:

Describe the strategies for damage control and hemostatic resuscitation in trauma patients. A description of how whole blood programs for the resuscitation of adult and pediatric trauma patients in two civilian hospitals will be provided.
