Stay With AABB – Reserve Your Room in the Official AABB Housing Block
Baltimore offers a magnificent variety of accommodations and rates to satisfy every traveler. AABB has secured rooms at 13 hotels throughout the city.
Staying in guest rooms at the Hilton Baltimore Convention Center Hotel, the official headquarter hotel and all other official AABB hotels helps us offset the costs of meeting space, exhibit hall rental, food and beverage and many other costs associated with the annual meeting. These are sizeable costs to the organization that must be covered. Attendees who stay in other non-official hotels do not help offset these expenses nor do they limit AABB’s liability for low sleeping room usage at our contracted hotel(s) which then increases our exposure to financial penalties. Your assistance in helping AABB in this regard, will, in turn, help to keep its conference costs reasonable which will be a great benefit for all of us now and in the future. Thank you.
Top Reasons to book inside the block:
- New this year, attendees can receive additional savings by reserving their hotel room by July 21 at participating hotels that are offering an early discount rate until that date. The hotels participating in offering these additional savings are noted in the below listing of hotels.
- Access to housing representatives for assistance with official hotels.
- Discounted room rates. Hotel room rates secured by AABB vary from $149 - $229 per night, depending on location, occupancy and taxes,
- Booking rooms in official AABB hotels keeps registration fees affordable, and…
