AABB CTTXPO Non-Industry Spouse/Child/Relative Daily Pass

Attendees that purchase the full four days of the meeting can obtain their complimentary non-industry guest (spouse/child/relative) daily pass onsite at the CTTXPO Guest Pass booth in the registration area. The registered meeting attendee will need to accompany the non-industry guest to registration and submit their name for a daily pass. The non-industry guest will receive a complimentary guest pass for that day and will need to return and receive a new pass for each subsequent day they would like to attend the CTTXPO show. Please contact the AABB Education and Professional Development Department (professionaldevelopment@aabb.org) if you have any questions.

AABB Institutional Membership

Institutional member organizations receive one meeting registration at the AABB Member Rate, which is allocated to the person designated as the Main Contact. Only one person from each institution is designated as the main contact. To register at the AABB Member Rate, the main contact needs to log into the registration site with their Username and Password and their name will be recognized in the system to receive the Member rate. If the main contact cannot attend the meeting, they can designate one of their non-member staff to receive the AABB Member rate. For more information, please contact AABB Membership Department at membership@aabb.org.

Payment

All payments must be in U.S. dollars only. If paying by check, make check out to Experient/AABB and you must write separate checks for your registration fee and housing deposit. Failure to send two checks may result in the loss of your preferred hotel choice.

Member Discount

The membership discount is valid only at the time when purchasing the Annual Meeting registration. A refund of the difference will not be given if the AABB Membership is purchased after the person has registered and paid for the Annual Meeting.

Stay With AABB – Reserve Your Room in the Official AABB Housing Block

Denver offers a magnificent variety of accommodations and rates to satisfy every traveler. AABB has secured rooms at 12 hotels throughout the city ranging from $169 - $223. AABB's Hotel Rate Guarantee assures you that you are receiving the lowest rate the hotel is offering during the dates of the meeting.

Securing your guest room through AABB's housing provider helps us offset the costs of meeting space, exhibit hall rental, food and beverage and many other costs associated with the annual meeting. These are sizeable costs to the organization that must be covered. Attendees who stay in other non-official hotels do not help offset these expenses nor do they limit AABB's liability for low sleeping room usage at our contracted hotel(s) which then increases our exposure to financial penalties. Your assistance in helping AABB in this regard, will, in turn, help to keep its conference costs reasonable which will be a great benefit for all of us now and in the future. Thank you.

Top Reasons to book inside the block:
