CTTXPO Exhibitor Information 

The AABB Annual Meeting & CTTXPO 2013 will be held October 12 - 15, 2013 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

The Cellular Therapy and Transfusion Medicine Expo (CTTXPO) is the premier global event for blood banking, transfusion medicine and cellular therapy professionals that delivers Science, Education and Innovation to approximately 6,500 Annual Meeting attendees. As an interactive experience, it meets the needs of the blood banking, transfusion medicine and cellular therapy communities worldwide. If your goal is to reach the decision makers in these communities, CTTXPO is where you want to be. It is an extension of the educational programming of the Annual Meeting and, as an exhibitor, your opportunity to enhance attendee awareness about your products and services.

(Rate inclusion to non-profit area for first 10' x 10' booth. Additional booths per above rates. Complimentary meeting registration excluded.)

What Is Included In Your Booth Rental Rate?*

  • Eight-foot draped back wall and three-foot draped side walls, island exception.
  • One full-meeting registration for first 10' x 10' booth purchased. Additional meeting registrations accrue based on additional booths purchased.
  • Pre-registered attendee mailing list three to four weeks prior to conference and full attendee list post- event. (one time use only, per list).
  • A company identification sign, island exception.
  • Complimentary basic listing in Virtual CTTXPO and Annual Meeting Mobile App.
  • VIP Passes upon request.
  • Company listing in the CTTXPO Guide (deadlines apply).

Exhibit Space Assignment Process

In order to ensure appropriate booth assignment, please provide your preferred booth choices. AABB reserves the right to make any modifications that may be necessary to best accommodate space requests.

Booth spaces are assigned using a priority point system and then on a first come, first served basis.

How to Receive Priority Points

  1. Exhibit at CTTXPO during the AABB Annual Meeting = One point per year
  2. Book exhibitor housing = One point per year (100% of exhibitor housing must be booked through Experient, AABB's official housing provider, at the AABB-designated hotels to qualify.)
  3. Ultimate and Platinum Supporters at Annual Meeting & CTTXPO ($50,000 and over) = One point per year
  4. Corporate Affiliate = One point per year

Payment: 50% deposits are due with the exhibit space application for application received prior to April 26, 2013. Full payment must accompany booth space applications received after April 26, 2013. Booths cannot be held or reserved without the appropriate payment. All fees must be paid in full in U.S. dollars. Failure to submit full payment by April 26, 2013 will result in forfeiture of your assigned space. Once forfeiture occurs, you will be required to resubmit your application with full payment and be reassigned exhibit space.

Ancillary Meetings

Ancillary meetings are meetings held by exhibitors and non-profit organizations. These meetings are listed as business meetings, focus groups, hospitality suites and special events, and annual meeting attendees are typically notified by invitation from the supporting company or organization. Ancillary meetings can be held only at times that do not compete with AABB programming.
