Registration Cancelation Policy: To cancel your registration, please email nbf@aabb.org or fax to 1.301.686.7865. If the request is received by March 15, 2018, you will receive a full refund. No refunds are provided after this date but substitutions are allowed.

Notice: AABB may cancel this conference without notice for insufficient pre-registration and/or any other reason. In this event, the entire registration fee will be refunded. NBF is not responsible for airline or hotel charges, cancellation penalties or any other financial losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

AABB has secured a block of hotel rooms for a conference rate of $309. The online hotel reservation site is now open and is ready to take your reservation.  The method to make reservations by phone is to call the group reservation line at 1-888-421-1442 and use the name of the group, NBF Leadership Forum.

The deadline to secure a room is Tuesday, February 27, 2018.  AABB has secured a large block of rooms. However once all of the rooms have been reserved, we cannot guarantee that additional space will be available. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

Housing Cancelation Policy: Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by NBF meeting attendees at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. For reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival, one night’s hotel rate will be charged.
