On-Demand Single Viewer: Addressing Common Nonconformances from AABB and How to Prevent Them

Program Description: Open discussion with case studies to be presented by the Senior Director of AABB’s accreditation team. AABB standards and interpretations that resulted in nonconformances will be highlighted. The speakers will then expand discussion on tools used in root cause analysis to determine corrective actions that will prevent future nonconformances. Finally, the AABB Accreditation team will discuss the Commendable Practices as a resource for continuous process improvement.
