Payment

All payments must be in U.S. dollars only. If paying by check, make check out to Experient/AABB and you must write separate checks for your registration fee and housing deposit. Failure to send two checks may result in the loss of your preferred hotel choice.

AABB Institutional Membership

Institutional member organizations receive one meeting registration at the AABB Member rate, which is allocated to the person designated as the main contact. Only one person from each institution is designated as the main contact. To register at the AABB Member rate, the main contact should log into the registration site with their username and password. Their name will be recognized in the system to receive the Member rate.

RegisterHotel Reservations

AABB has secured a block of rooms at various hotels throughout the city to ensure the lowest rate during the dates of the AABB Annual Meeting. To take advantage of these great prices, be sure to book your room at the time of registration. You must be a registered AABB Annual Meeting attendee to book your room via the AABB Registration and Housing Bureau.

The cutoff to secure accommodations at conference rates is Tuesday, September 5.

Official Housing Provider

Experient is the Official Housing Provider for the 2017 AABB Annual Meeting. AABB has worked diligently with the hotels in San Diego to establish room blocks for attendees and exhibitors. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Experient is not approved by AABB. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to AABB.

Registration Changes/Cancellations

  • To cancel your registration please send your written request to AABB/Experient via mail, email, or fax (contact information listed below).
  • If the request is received by Wednesday August 9, 2017 you will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
  • Registration changes may be made at any time.
  • No refunds are provided after August 9.

Hotel Changes/Cancellation

Experient will accept new reservation requests, changes (based on availability) and cancellation requests through September 8, 2017 at 5:00 PM ET.

  • Reservation changes (based on availability) and cancellations can be made through 5:00 PM ET, September 26, 2017.
  • Between September 9 and September 27, reservation information will be transferred to the hotels.
  • Beginning September 27, and prior to 72 hours of arrival date, please contact the hotel directly for changes or cancellations.
  • Reservations cancelled within 72 hours, or failure to arrive on scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate and tax.
