Registration Open for 41st Annual Symposium on Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion

Complimentary registration is available for the 41st Annual Symposium on Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion, hosted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center Department of Transfusion Medicine and the American Red Cross. This virtual program will provide attendees with practical information about recent developments, current practices, controversies and laboratory management issues relative to transfusion medicine.

Sessions will address the development and administration of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, red cell alloimmunization, xenotransplantation, the recruitment and retention of Black and African American blood donors, and acute and chronic blood shortages, among other topics.
