AABB Announces 2022 Annual Meeting Curated Poster Tours

AABB is pleased to announce that curated tours of select top scientific posters – first introduced during the 2021 Virtual AABB Annual Meeting – will return in person to the 2022 AABB Annual Meeting in Orlando.

Tours will take place Sunday, Oct. 2, and Monday, Oct. 3, and last 45-60 minutes. Each will consist of a brief overview of the selected abstract posters by the author, followed by a short question-and-answer period between the tour moderator, abstract author and audience.

On Sunday, Monica B. Pagano, MD, will guide a tour on transfusion adverse events from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET.  The same day, Nichole Miller, MSTM, SBB(ASCP)^CM, will lead a tour focused on components and manufacturing from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. ET. On Monday, Daniela Hermelin, MD, will lead a tour from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. ET focused on innovations in the field.
