TMSCC Call for Nominees

The Transfusion Medicine Section has three vacancies available for any AABB member to run for election.

The Pediatric Transfusion Medicine Subsection is requesting individuals interested in leading the Subsection should submit an application that include the member’s name, affiliation, photo and a brief statement summarizing relevant experience, reasons for running and potential contribution to the section. Statements should be 250 words or fewer; those exceeding the limit will not be considered. 

There are also two at large spots available to serve a three year term on the Transfusion Medicine Coordinating Committee Subsection, the group that oversees all Transfusion Medicine Sections.

Any individual interested in running for any of these three roles should submit their name, photo, and brief statement summarizing their relevant experience to standards@aabb.org by Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
