FDA Seeks Nominations for Nonvoting Representative to BPAC, Industry Organizations to Participate in Selection Process

The Food and Drug Administration is seeking nominations for nonvoting industry representatives to serve on the Blood Products Advisory Committee (BPAC). Industry organizations interested in participating in the selection of an appropriate nonvoting industry representative should send a letter stating their interest to FDA by April 17. Nomination materials for prospective candidates should also be submitted by this date.

Organizations may nominate one or more individuals. Alternately, an interested individual may self-nominate. Instructions for industry organizations interested in participating in the selection process, the nomination procedure and self-nomination are available in the Federal Register notice.
