Versiti Acquires Quantigen

Versiti, an AABB institutional member based in Milwaukee, Wisc., announced July 10 that it will acquire Quantigen, a specialty laboratory based in Fishers, Ind. Quantigen provides a range of services supporting preclinical research, clinical research and clinical diagnostics. Additionally, Quantigen specializes in assay development, biomarker validation and diagnostic regulatory filings for a wide range of methods and disease states.

The acquisition expands Versiti’s portfolio across the drug and medical device development pathway and adds expertise supporting clinical trials in infectious disease, women’s health and gastrointestinal and reproductive health. This acquisition follows the organization's 2019 acquisition of Texas-based Cenetron Central Laboratories and Salus IRB.
