OTP Webinar to Focus on Patient Advocacy and Regenerative Medicine

A panel of families impacted by rare diseases will share their experiences advocating for and contributing to therapeutic product development in an upcoming webinar hosted by the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) Office of Therapeutic Products (OTP). The program, Warrior Families: Advancing Regenerative Medicine Through Science, will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 5.

Speakers will discuss how to support therapeutic product development through natural history studies, clinical trials, animal models and other research activities. They will also highlight how to connect with researchers, industry and other partners to advance the state of the science while dealing with limited treatment options.

The webinar is free to attend, but registration is required. Registrants have the opportunity to submit questions for speakers on the registration page and during the event.
