AABB23: Congratulations to the 2023 President’s Award Recipients

October 15, 2023

Among the highlights of the 2023 AABB Annual Meeting’s General Session, AABB President Brian Gannon, MBA, announced this year’s President’s Awards recipients.

The 14 people chosen for the honor this year represent a wide variety of geographic locations and practice types within the blood and biotherapies field and have worked on some of our community’s most notable initiatives.

The AABB President’s Awards are bestowed annually and the recipients are selected each year by the AABB president. The honor recognizes “extraordinary public service and contributions of an individual or an organization in the health care arena” and recipients are honored for work that “furthers AABB’s goals and missions.”
