August Issue of AABB News Focuses on Technological Advancements Shaping Transfusion Medicine

The August issue of AABB News focuses on technological advancements that are elevating transfusion medicine, including drone-based blood delivery, artificial intelligence and data sciences.

The first feature in the issue discusses eliminating the world’s blood deserts through technology and highlights drone-based blood delivery systems that are expanding blood availability and reducing wastage in rural and remote areas.
