AABB Extends Comment Period for Proposed 2nd Edition of Fundamental Standards for Blood Collection and Transfusion

AABB has extended the deadline to submit feedback on the
proposed second edition of Fundamental Standards for Blood Collection and Transfusion until May 16. AABB’s Global Standards Committee invites all interested individuals to review the draft and
submit feedback. The committee aimed to develop universally applicable requirements that align with those set by various competent authorities worldwide. The draft is available on the
AABB website.
