AABB encourages members of the blood and biotherapies community to help shape the future of the field by applying to serve on an AABB committee for the 2026-27 Association year, which begins in October. AABB will keep the applications on file for three years after the date of submission.
Committees are vital to the success of AABB. The Association’s committees and volunteers help ensure that the information it shares with the membership, public and media is timely and accurate. AABB committees also touch all aspects of blood and biotherapies, allowing members to help advance the field, influence new initiatives, meet like-minded professionals and expand their knowledge. In keeping with AABB’s commitment to personal and professional diversity, the Association especially encourages members who have not previously served on an AABB committee to apply.
