Early-bird registration for the 2026 AABB Annual Meeting ends July 21. Individuals who register by the deadline can save up to $325 on registration for the meeting, which will take place Oct. 17-19 in Atlanta.

This year's program will feature a keynote address from Frederick Appelbaum, MD, who will discuss the evolution of bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapies, and will include myriad sessions on critical topics in the blood and biotherapies field, including blood system resilience, emergency preparedness, donor recruitment and retention, patient blood management, accreditation and quality systems, emerging technologies and advances in biotherapies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the latest research through oral abstract presentations, poster sessions and spotlight sessions highlighting emerging science and innovative practices.
