AABB to Join CGT Supply Chain Discussions at Advanced Therapies USA

Jeff Wren, MBA, CABP, AABB’s vice president of biotherapies, will lead a session on applying established quality systems across the cell and gene therapies (CGT) supply chain during Advanced Therapies USA, taking place Nov. 18-19 in Philadelphia.

During his presentation, Wren will explore how AABB’s accreditation frameworks can strengthen quality and consistency across the expanding CGT value chain, from collection and processing to storage and administration, including the emerging role of pharmacies in dispensing advanced therapies. The session will take place at 4:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Following that presentation, Wren will moderate a panel of biotherapies experts to discuss reimagining the cell therapy supply chain from the ground up. That panel is scheduled for 5:10 p.m. ET the same day.
