FineLine Technologies Acquires Digi-Trax

FineLine Technologies, a global provider of barcode and RFID-integrated labels, tags and packaging, has acquired Digi-Trax, an AABB corporate partner specializing in labeling and identification solutions for blood, tissues and cellular therapies.

Digi-Trax will operate as FineLine’s new health care division, offering software and hardware solutions that meet ISBT-128 standards and integrate with laboratory and health IT systems. Leaders from both companies say the partnership will strengthen regulatory compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support innovation for hospitals, blood centers and cellular therapy facilities.
