Virtual Registration Available for Strategic National Forum on Blood and Biotherapies

Individuals unable to attend the Strategic National Forum on Blood and Biotherapies in person can now register to view the event via livestream.

The forum, hosted by AABB and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), will take place June 12 in Bethesda, Md., and will bring together leaders from health care, government, industry and the military to examine risks to the nation’s blood supply and biotherapies ecosystem and strengthen coordination across civilian and military systems.

Discussions will focus on strengthening the security and resilience of the blood and biotherapies ecosystem, improving emergency readiness, mitigating supply chain risks and advancing innovations that support safe and reliable availability during routine operations and national emergencies.

Livestream attendees will be able to view and listen to all presentations and discussions but will not be able to participate in forum discussions. Complimentary registration remains available for individuals who wish to attend the forum in person.
