Our Blood Institute (OBI), an AABB institutioanl member located in Oklahoma, recently celebrated the launch of CytoGrowth Solutions, a spinout biotechnology company focused on developing blood- and cell-based products for use in advanced manufacturing.
The dedicated facility in Oklahoma City will use underutilized blood components to produce blood-derived reagents and starting materials for cell and gene therapy manufacturing. CytoGrowth Solutions begins operations with 12 employees and expects to expand in the coming years.
