AABB Website and Online Services to Undergo Maintenance July 9-10

As part of AABB’s work to continue to update and advance its website and member experience, the association’s website will undergo maintenance beginning the evening of Thursday, July 9. This maintenance is expected to conclude the afternoon of Friday, July 10.

During this time, the following services will be affected:

• AABB website content: All public content on the AABB website will remain available; however, users with an AABB account will not be able to log in during the maintenance window to access member-exclusive content.
• AABB Store: The AABB Store will be closed, and no products will be available for purchase. Also, access to the “My Account” area will be unavailable, including purchase history, updates to user profiles and preferences, and links to digital content.
• Additional Online Services: The log-in to other services connected to the AABB website through single sign-on will not be available. These include the AABB Standards Portal, the APEX Accreditation Platform, the AABB Digital Content Library, the AABB Education Platform, the National Blood Exchange and the AABB Annual Meeting registration page.

Some of the services noted above may continue to work for users who are already logged in to the corresponding system prior to the beginning of the maintenance window. For example, members who are logged in to the AABB website prior to the evening of Thursday, July 9, and remain logged in during the maintenance window should be able to continue to access member-exclusive content on the AABB website.

AABB recommends users who need access to any of the services listed above to log in to them with their AABB account prior to 12 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 9, and remain logged in during the maintenance window.
