Hosted on June 12 by AABB and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), the forum brought together leaders from health care, government, industry and the military to examine risks to the nation's blood and biotherapies ecosystem and identify opportunities to strengthen coordination across civilian and military systems.

Presentations and panel discussions explored strategies to enhance the security and resilience of the blood and biotherapies ecosystem, improve emergency preparedness, address supply chain challenges and advance innovations that support the safe and reliable availability of blood and biotherapies during routine operations and national emergencies.
