The AABB Foundation has expanded its travel awards to increase access to the AABB Annual Meeting for students, trainees and early-career professionals. The awards support the development of future leaders and innovators in transfusion medicine and biotherapies by helping recipients participate in educational sessions, networking opportunities and professional development activities.
The expanded travel awards will provide $250 to AABB members based in the U.S. and Canada and $500 to members based outside North America to help offset expenses associated with attending the AABB Annual Meeting. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until available funding is awarded.
