How long have you been an AABB member?
I have been an AABB member for more than 30 years.
In which AABB volunteer activities are you currently active? In which have you participated?
I'm currently active as an AABB assessor, which has been a rewarding opportunity to help ensure quality and integrity across the field. Over time, I've had the privilege of participating in several AABB programs and initiatives, including the Professional Engagement Program, the Standard Committee, Informatics, Leadership Education, and the Selection of Abstracts Committee. Each of these experiences has deepened my understanding of AABB's mission and strengthened my commitment to advancing blood banking and transfusion medicine. I'm grateful for the chance to contribute to these various capacities and remain enthusiastic about the important work we do together.
