ASCP Launches 2025 Wage Survey

The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) recently announced the opening of its
2025 wage survey, which runs through April 30. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and is designed to collect wage information from the nation's current clinical laboratory work force.
Specialists in blood banking are encouraged to participate to increase the response rate of this population. ASCP also encourages readers to share the survey with their laboratory professional colleagues. ASCP preserves the privacy of respondents by keeping responses strictly confidential and aggregating all information in the final report.
Since 1988, ASCP has conducted the biennial wage survey to inform the field of the most recent national wage data. Historically, the results of the study have been published in the American Journal of Clinical Pathology and prompted additional research in such areas as laboratory recruitment, retention and education.
