Prasad Regains Role as FDA’s Chief Medical and Scientific Officer

Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Marty Makary, MD, MPH, has reappointed Vinay Prasad, MD, MPH, to his role as the agency’s chief medical and scientific officer, according to an update on the FDA website. Prasad also serves as the director of FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research.
