  • You can begin contacting hotels directly for all reservation needs starting FMonday, October 5, 2026.
  • Room cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frame will result in a one night’s room and tax penalty.
  • Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date may result in a cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate and tax.
