Complimentary Registration Available to Cellular Starting Material Forum

AABB will host a Cellular Starting Material Forum to connect organizations involved in the provision of cellular starting material (CSM) for research and the manufacture of advanced therapies. CSM is used for a variety of novel biotherapies, including cellular therapy, gene and cell therapy, and regenerative medicines.

In this complimentary program, speakers will discuss how accreditation may help reduce the inspection burden for qualifying apheresis sites in the biotherapies sector. The program will also include perspectives from the cell collector community and industry partners. Additionally, the forum will showcase current and future resources available to AABB members to strengthen their capacity to meet demand for qualification to collect CSM.

The forum will take place from 11 a.m. ET to 12:30 p.m. ET on Friday, Feb. 24. Registration is complimentary but required. Those with questions may contact biotherapies@aabb.org.
