AABB is pleased to announce the release of a new publication, the AABB Guide to Prenatal and Postnatal Immunohematology Testing, to promote shared understanding among professionals involved in formulating prenatal and perinatal testing practices. Historically, Rh(D) hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) posed a significant threat to perinatal health.
