Applications for New AABB Awards Committee Due Feb. 21

AABB is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist in advancing our Association’s Awards Program. AABB’s prestigious Awards Program recognizes and honors the accomplishments of members of our community whose contributions to the field have had a significant impact.

The AABB Board of Directors has requested a new AABB Committee be formed to evaluate the Program and make recommendations to better recognize the full range of important contributions to the blood and biotherapies field. The Committee will also be asked to ensure its recommendations adhere to AABB’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (DEIA) Action Plan.

AABB Members and other leaders in the blood and biotherapies field who are interested in shaping the Association’s efforts to enhance our Awards Program are invited to apply to be part of the new Committee.

Interested individuals are encouraged to submit an application by Feb. 21.
