Quick Registration Instructions

  1. Complete Registration Form
  2. Submit form
  3. On the next screen click "Jobs" (on the blue bar)
  4. Click "Create a New Job"
  5. Complete form
  6. Preview job
  7. Change or post job

You only have to register once, then if you want to add positions later, you can just log in with your username and password. Posting a job allows you to review resumes posted.

Detailed Registration Instructions for New Users

New Users must complete the Registration Form, which includes an employee profile and billing information. Please note that the billing information will not be placed on the Web site. Billing information and contact information are separate fields and may be assigned to different entities.

NOTE: Fields marked with a + are required.

Employer Information

+ Employer Name Enter the name of the practice, company, institution, etc., for the job posted.
Industry Select an industry profile from the scroll down list that best describes the organization for the posted job.
Home Page

If the company (for the posted job) has an Internet site, enter the address here.

+ Employer Profile Give a brief description of the organization–not the job opening. This information will appear with your job posting but is not part of the job description. If you want job seekers to be able to contact you other than by e-mail through this system, give an address, fax number, etc., here.

Billing Contact

This information is for AABB staff use only. It does not appear in your listing and is not accessible by other users.

+ First Name
+ Last Name
This name field must include the contact name of the Account Manager. This information is required and will not appear on the job listing.
+ Phone This information is for AABB staff use only. It does not appear in your listing and is not accessible by other users. This information is required.
+ E-mail Your username, password and system notifications, will be sent to this address. This must be the address of the Billing Contact or Account Manager named above. Other users may be added later if you want them to receive information or job applications.

+ Address1

Billing address. This information is required. If it is not properly filled in you may not be able to post a position.
Address2 BIlling address, line 2 (if necessary).
+ City/State/

+ Country Required.
+ ZIP/Postal Code Required.
+ Payment Type Please select your method of payment. You may pay via credit card or be invoiced.

AABB Membership: If you are a current member of AABB check “Yes” for member prices.

Terms and Agreement: Be sure to read the agreement. By clicking the Submit Form button, you are agreeing to abide by the policies governing this Web site.

Submit Form: When you have completed the form, click here to submit your registration information. Be sure you have provided information in all the required fields.

Your username and password will be emailed to the address you supplied within 20 minutes. Meanwhile, you can proceed with posting your job opportunities. The HR Manager menu will appear. Click Jobs on the blue bar to post your job.

Existing Users

  • Enter your username and password. This will take you to the HR Manager screen.

    If you have forgotten your username or password, please click I forgot my username/password and enter the email address for your account. Your information will be sent to your email address.
  • Once login is successful, an Account Status screen will appear with your current information.
  • Click Jobs on the blue bar to post your job.
