Reminder: Honor a Mentor or Colleague on Global Pay It Forward Day

Global Pay It Forward Day, celebrated every year on April 28, was created with a simple idea: to join people and organizations from throughout the world to “pay it forward.”

AABB encourages members of the blood and biotherapies community to pass on all the acts of kindness, caring and support they have received from an organization, mentor or someone close to them by making a gift to the AABB Foundation in their honor. Every dollar raised will have an immediate impact on AABB’s ability to fund critical research being conducted in the blood and biotherapies field.

All Global Pay It Forward Day donations to the AABB Foundation will support innovative research for the patients and donors whose lives are impacted every day by advances in transfusion medicine and biotherapies.  

Make a contribution to the AABB Foundation by April 28, and in recognition of your generosity, AABB will acknowledge honorees online along with each donor’s message of support. AABB will also list financial donors.
